Job Scope

  1. Identify new sales opportunities through relevant channel and network
  2.  Approach new potential borrower (preferably SME/Corporate level)
  3. Maintaining, growing, and deepening relationship with exisitng and prospective such customers
  4. Identifying new products and services, which can create unique and innovative solutions for the customer’s business progress
  5. Play the role of customer business partner, providing advice on suitable alternative solutions and customer service
  6.  Delivering quality lendings, monitoring loan performance
  7. Complying with prevailing regulation


  1. Maximum age 35
  2. Minimum S1 of any discipline, preferably from reputable university
  3. Minimum 3 years experience as Relationship Manager in SME Banking or SME P2P Lending
  4. Good networking
  5. Good credit risk assessment skill and strong analytical skill
  6. Confident with strong business acumen, analytical ability and problem solving skills
  7. Persistence in pursuing business opportunities
